Eglise de Saint-Côme to Saint-come
Damaged or destroyed several times over the centuries (in the 10th century, during the 100 Years’ War, in 1577 and finally during the Revolutionary period), the church was rebuilt and remodelled each time, so there is no architectural unity. The last restoration was undertaken by Abbé O’Reilly, parish priest of Saint-Côme, in 1838. Inside, there are two keystones bearing the dates 1538 and 1553 in Roman numerals and the 18th-century wooden altar. The carved lower part of this altar depicts the Pentecost scene. The altar, altarpiece, tabernacle, bas-reliefs and painting on the high altar are listed.
