In 2008, a case immediately described as terrorist exploded in the media: a small ultra-left group based in Corrèze allegedly sabotaged the catenaries on a TGV line. What followed was one of the biggest legal scandals of the last twenty years. If this case has left such a lasting impression, it’s because it was in the media even before the courts had time to deal with it. It has become a ‘pure’ product of our times: a product of state policy communication and a product of journalists in search of sensations.

This show takes us through the various stages of the Tarnac trial. With acerbic humour, C.R.A.S.H is a show about the excesses of the fight against terrorism that resonates very strongly with current events.
