Exhibition of works by Sandra Maurious to Bazas

For this exhibition, Sandra Maurious is creating a joyful and colourful atmosphere for visitors, where paintings, texts, videos and songs will mingle.

This will be complemented by works produced as a result of encounters around her artistic universe and the Printemps des Poètes, with a CM1 class from Bazas school, the residents of La Belle Étoile and the Vog cinema.

There will also be games for younger children to help them get to grips with the paintings.

Sensitive to many artists throughout her career, painters such as Rosa Bonheur, Marc Chagall, Vincent Van Gogh, the impressionist movement and visionary art are now her sources of inspiration.

Sandra will be present on Saturdays 8 and 15 March between 3pm and 4pm

for two mediation workshops with media library users around her exhibition.

The vernissage will take place on Friday 7 March at 6pm.
