At the far end of this courtyard lies an estate of stone and old tiles, with high ceilings, at one time a coaching inn, a hotel, or even a bar, now a traditional restaurant, with a wooded and secure park at the rear, a covered terrace and a relaxation area to welcome you here in a gentle and warm atmosphere, conviviality being our watchword.
After the last 15 years in Barsac, both on the premises and to take away, Fred felt the desire and need to share something different with you.
After 15 years of working in Barsac, both on the premises and as a takeaway, Fred felt the need to share some of his expertise with you. Our chefs, who are truly passionate about what they do, make it a point of honour to work and rework fresh produce, cooking for 8 hours at a low temperature, making the most of simple products, not forgetting, of course, generosity!
