Domaines de la Parrhesia, Clos Couloumey to Beautiran
Length of visit : 30 minutesLanguages spoken
The history of Le Couloumey dates back to the 14th century, although its Charterhouse was built in the 18th century. In 2021, after a long expatriation to Canada, Delphine and Guillaume Journel decided to change their lives and fulfil their dream of making wine. They fell under the spell of this property and its neighbour, Château le Tuquet, and set about reuniting these two estates that history had separated for more than 3 centuries. The Couloumey wines, made from excellent terroir and a fine environmental culture, express elegance and finesse in the great tradition of Graves wines.
