Xavier and Caroline Perromat have been working together with the same passion since 2012 to bring out the best in the wines of Chateau de Cérons and its vineyards.
A sumptuous Chartreuse, a 30-hectare vineyard, from which come wines of precious diversity, red Graves, white Graves and Cérons, the wine of the greatest goldsmiths.

Picnic: following a “Discovery” tour of the estate, take a seat in the château grounds in the shade of the magnolia tree and share a refined moment over a delicious “A la Française” picnic. A selection of charcuterie from the Landes region, seasonal vegetables, mature cheeses, cereal bread, fruit from the orchard, coffee and mignardises. Price: €59 per person.
Visit over time: after a “Discovery” visit, we offer a guided tasting of three old vintages of Cérons to discover this wonderful and very confidential appellation over time. Price: €30 per person.
Lunch and dinner in the Château’s rotisserie: groups of 10 to 30 people around a made-to-measure menu prepared by our rotisserie chef.
